1 Acceptance of Terms

This terms and conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and cagurbet ("Platform", "We"). 3 Registration & Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account at cagurbet. Holding more than one account simultaneously, whether under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and closure of all associated accounts.

At the time of registration, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or inaccurate information provided during registration may be grounds for account closure and forfeiture of funds held therein.

Your cagurbet account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your account to any other party. cagurbet will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized account transfers.

4 Deposits & Payments

Cagurbet supports a variety of deposit methods suited for players in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, MAE, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed through an encryption-secured payment system and credited to your account within 5 minutes of bank confirmation.

The deposit-related conditions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit varies by payment method, starting from RM10.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name.
• Depositing using an unauthorized third-party credit or debit card is prohibited.
• Cagurbet does not charge any processing fees for deposits, however your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own third-party charges.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Players may request a withdrawal of funds from their cagurbet account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Bronze (RM5,000), Silver (RM10,000), Gold (RM20,000), Platinum (RM50,000), and Diamond (no limit).
• Available withdrawal methods are direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go, and Boost.
• Withdrawal processing time for regular members is within 24 business hours. VIP Gold members and above enjoy express processing within 1–4 hours.

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the player's own name and must match the verified information on the account profile. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by cagurbet are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before claiming it.

• Wagering requirements refers to the number of times the total bonus amount must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Claimed bonuses carry a validity period as specified. Expired bonuses cannot be used or exchanged.

• Cagurbet reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or promotion abuse.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through hedge betting, multi-account usage, or other methods deemed abusive by cagurbet will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

7 Game Rules
